Each quarter, the Thomas J. Cunningham Division – Loudoun County, VA, provides a dessert for the veterans and staff located at the Martinsburg VA Facility.  Today was to recognize “1/2 way to St. Patrick’s Day”.  Funds to support this quarterly event are typically raised through 50/50 raffles as well as through local dinners/gatherings.  Representing the Division is Brother Fred Vlchek, retired Army Practical Nurse and Past State President Jay McCarthy.
