Brothers,

Thank you to all who attended this past Saturday’s Virginia State Board Quarterly meeting and to the Brian Boru Degree Team for another great job in exemplifying the Major Degree of the Order.  Congratulations to our 15 Brothers who took the degree on Saturday!

I have attached the flyer containing information regarding the new St. Patrick Statue and alcove at The Cathedral of St. Thomas More in Arlington, Virginia, and assured our Chaplain Father Farrell that the Virginia AOH will certainly give another FULL AHEAD push to complete funding for the statue.   Thank you to the individuals and AOH Divisions that have already made contributions, and I ask that all others prayerfully consider donating to this worthy endeavor to honor OUR PATRON SAINT!

Finally,  as the current political cycle comes to a close and election day approaches,  I am compelled to remind all that the Ancient Order of Hibernians, in America is a 501C(8) nonprofit, fraternal organization, and as such we remain nonpartisan .  The AOH does not endorse any political party or candidate.  We strongly encourage all of our members and their families to do their civic and patriotic duty by exercising their right to vote.  All members are encouraged to vote with their conscience in accordance with the tenants and teachings of our Holy Roman Catholic Church.
