The Irish Cultural Society of Virginia and the AOH/LAOH of Virginia arranged to have Dr. Ruan O’Donnell give a presentation on “Robert Emmet: Ireland and America” to Richmond area Hibernian Officers, AOH Division members and the public in Richmond on Sunday, September 17th. Dr. O’Donnell is currently Senior Lecturer in History, University of Limerick, and previously Visiting Chair of Irish Studies at Notre Dame University and a Senior Fullbright Scholar at the University of Montana.
